Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
The products sold via www.dubellpro.com are physical goods.
Seller: Berkant Yaslıçimen (hereinafter referred to as Dubell Pro.)
Buyer: The customer who shops through the website.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt without providing any justification.
It is sufficient for the product to be returned to the Seller within the withdrawal period.
Shipping costs are notified to the parties in accordance with the legislation.
3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Is Not Applicable
Products produced/customized in line with the Buyer's special requests or personal needs.
Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery, used, or rendered unfit for resale.
Disposable products.
4. Cancellation Terms
The Buyer may cancel the order before it is handed over to the courier.
The cancellation request must be notified to the Seller in writing.
5. Return Terms
For returns made within the right of withdrawal period, the product must be unused and its packaging must not be damaged.
Once the returned product reaches the Seller, the payment will be refunded within 14 days using the Buyer's original payment method.
In case of delivery of a defective/incorrect product, the shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.
