Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified, that the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website www.dubellpro.com.

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The purpose is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in purchases made by the Buyer via www.dubellpro.com.

Article 3 – Product Information

The type, kind, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products are included in the information selected and approved by the Buyer before placing the order.

Article 4 – Delivery

The products will be sent via cargo to the address specified by the Buyer after the order confirmation and completion of the payment.

The delivery time is at the latest 30 days from the order confirmation.

The shipping fee will be notified to the Buyer during the order process and will be collected by adding it to the total price.

The Seller (Dubell Pro) will deliver the buyer's package to the shipping company within 7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and the company's policies.

The Buyer can track the shipping of their products via the Dubell Pro website and relevant communication channels.

The Seller is obliged to notify the buyer about the shipping status of their products through relevant communication channels.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product without giving any justification.

Returning the product to the Seller within the withdrawal period is sufficient.

Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

Products produced in line with the Buyer's special requests.

Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or have lost their resaleability. Regarding the use of the right of withdrawal, the provisions of Article 9 of Law No. 6502 and Article 12 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply.

Article 6 – Return Conditions

Products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused and in a resalable condition.

The price will be refunded within at most 14 days after the returned product reaches the Seller.

The return shipping cost for defective or incorrectly sent products belongs to the Seller.

Article 7 – Resolution of Disputes

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and does not share it with third parties.

Article 8 – Enforcement

This agreement has entered into force upon being approved by the Buyer electronically.
