Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal is valid for unused products that are in a resalable condition.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

Products custom-made to the Buyer's request.

Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or whose resalability has been compromised.

Return Conditions

Products to be returned must be sent to the Seller's address along with the invoice.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.

In cases of defective or incorrect product deliveries, the shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

Complaints and Objections

The Buyer may submit their complaints to the Seller's contact addresses. Furthermore, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized.
